About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Meeting on a regular basis with stakeholders to ensure that they are well-managed and have line of sight into their operations, project plans, and horizontal requests
Utilizing a variety of business intelligence (Quicksite, Tableau), project management (JIRA), and analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets) to support their stakeholders
Solving problems analytically - understanding how to join disparate data sets in an Excel or Google Sheets format to solve problems and convey a solution
Exhibiting a demonstrated track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage tasks and related expectations
Exhibiting outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts - Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
Displaying a passion for coaching and developing delivery teams through leadership
Having excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of Project Management experience
At least 2 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
At least 3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with a proficiency in joining disparate data sets to analyze and solve challenges
Master’s Degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree (preferred)
5+ years of Project Management experience (preferred)
2+ years of model risk management experience in a regulated financial institution (preferred)
2+ years of experience working with and applying the standards set forth in supervisory letters guiding model risk management, to include OCC Bulletin 2011-12 and FRB SR 11-7 (preferred)
2+ years of experience using JIRA or Github for Project Management (preferred)
1+ year(s) of JIRA Project Administrator experience (preferred)
Project Management Professional certification (PMP) (preferred)
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma certification, or other Project Management Certification (preferred)
