About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the Scheduler Platform — Capital One's core data store for all scheduled transaction generation, storage, and execution across millions of bank customers
  • Lead product strategy and delivery for a platform that handles complex scheduling logic across multiple payment rails — including Internal Transfers, ACH, RTP, Zelle, Wire, and Check
  • Define product direction in ambiguous, high-stakes environments, translating enterprise-scale technical architecture into clear business outcomes
  • Drive alignment across partners who have competing priorities and tight delivery windows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
