About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify inefficiencies and friction points in product development, launch, and operations, and develop innovative solutions.
Work cross-functionally to implement streamlined workflows that enable the team to move faster while maintaining high quality.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data and user feedback to optimize operational processes.
Provide core program management support for both standard and AI-driven workstreams.
Monitor and enforce resource accountability across core workstreams.
Own the product org's tech stack (Jira, Claude, Tableau, etc.) to ensure complete visibility into product work, maintaining strict data accuracy and hygiene across platforms.
Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to integrate technology solutions that improve team effectiveness.
Act as a strategic partner to Senior Leaders, product managers, engineering, design, and business teams to remove roadblocks and ensure smooth execution.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 3 years of experience in product operations, product management, or strategy.
5+ years of experience in product operations or related roles (preferred)
Experience in the financial services, payments, or business cards industry (preferred).
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms (preferred).
