About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- This Product Manager would be joining a team dedicated to building out and expanding operational data infrastructure, integrating machine learning models into our ecosystem, and working closely with partner teams to enable smarter segmentation and decisioning.
- Scope includes working with Enterprise platforms to identify new technology, patterns and data sources, business partners to identify the highest leverage areas for expanding capabilities, and with risk management to ensure our process works seamlessly end to end.
- Card Collections and Recoveries make up the Customer Resiliency team, and our product and business analyst teams share end-to-end ownership of the customer experience and drive meaningful P&L impact each quarter.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
