Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the revamp of customer communications governance
Orchestrate complex, cross-functional projects
Drive advocacy for customers
Own and drive project delivery, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders
Identify and implement improvements to the project delivery framework
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
Ensure communications are reviewed and updated on a regular basis

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 5 years of experience in Project Management
At least 3 years of experience leading projects through the full lifecycle
1+ years of experience with acquisitions integration within a technology or service-based organization (preferred)
3+ years of experience leading technology delivery projects (preferred)
3+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams (preferred)
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
