About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the revamp of customer communications governance
  • Orchestrate complex, cross-functional projects
  • Drive advocacy for customers
  • Own and drive project delivery, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders
  • Identify and implement improvements to the project delivery framework
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Ensure communications are reviewed and updated on a regular basis

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management
  • At least 3 years of experience leading projects through the full lifecycle
  • 1+ years of experience with acquisitions integration within a technology or service-based organization (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience leading technology delivery projects (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams (preferred)
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
