About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the execution of Design Effectiveness controls testing for Card
  • Collaborate with first and second lines to deliver results impacting the company's bottom line
  • Support end-to-end testing of controls
  • Perform proper planning to execute the required test process steps
  • Assess Operational and Design Effectiveness of controls
  • Create and maintain adequate testing support documentation

  • Partner cross-functionally with program customers and assessors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in Control Testing or Internal Audit
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of Financial Services industry experience (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of regulatory compliance or credit experience (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of Risk Management experience (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of automated controls testing experience (Preferred)
