About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Champion and execute across three priority areas that have high enterprise visibility: Adoption, Experimentation, Scaling
- Drive daily usage, optimize user experiences, and unlock measurable business value from the Google AI products already deployed
- Test new AI products as Google brings them to market, evaluate their capabilities and enterprise controls, and align with executive leadership on which ones to scale
- Own the end-to-end launch and deployment of AI products that graduate from our experimentation sandbox to the entire enterprise population
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience
- High agency and optimistic mindset with a strong bias to action and comfort managing ambiguity and tough trade-offs.
- Experience working independently with VP+ executive leaders to align on high-stakes product strategy and investments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong stakeholder management and influence toolkit.
- Active interest or direct experience tinkering with AI products and staying current with the latest generative AI capabilities.
- Ability to use qualitative user feedback and quantitative metrics to draft compelling product strategy narratives for executive audiences.
