About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Accountable Executives, HR leaders, and key business stakeholders to co-create the annual strategic learning agenda
Collaborate with business partners to maximize knowledge sharing, peer learning, and optimize resource allocation
Lead design and delivery of learning programs and iterates from feedback and data
Project manage multiple initiatives, leading program teams and providing strategic support
Manage project scope, timelines, and budget
Own the measurement and evaluation strategy to ensure learning solutions deliver desired outcomes
Collaborate on learner communications and external storytelling

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years of experience in client facing consulting
At least 2 years of experience in learning and development
At least 1 year of experience in project management
At least 1 year of experience in learning strategy creation
5+ years of experience advising and influencing leadership (preferred)
5+ years of management consulting experience (preferred)
3+ years of experience in strategy creation (preferred)
Familiarity with change management (preferred)
Experience facilitating across a variety of modalities including in person and virtual programs (preferred)
