About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One
  • May manage and develop 1-2 analysts, coaching and mentoring associates
  • Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products
  • Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and build targeted insights
  • Drive improvements in credit performance via creating risk models and rigorous analysis
  • Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements, and execute product strategy
  • Work closely with colleagues across Capital One including: IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
  • Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in analysis preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in consulting preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in people management preferred
