About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Apply leadership and analytical skills to Risk Management projects
- Lead a team of Vertical Risk Managers and Risk Specialists
- Develop and implement cutting edge Risk solutions
- Partner with Executives to drive organizational change
- Consult with Executives to determine interaction model with Lines of Business
- Perform critical assessments on risk categories to mitigate risk
- Use analytical skills to conduct Risk Process Improvement and Process Design
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 7 years of experience working in risk management or financial services
- At least 5 years of program management experience
- At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
- At least 5 years of people management experience
- Masters Degree (Preferred)
- 7+ years of Financial Services risk management experience (Preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in Project or Process Management (Preferred)
- 5+ years of internal strategy or management consulting experience leading cross functional financial services projects and programs (Preferred)
