Key responsibilities & impact

Day to day oversight of multiple processes: monitor, report, and plan process improvement or redesign initiatives
Define, establish, and manage process controls
Collect, analyze and measure process data for reporting to senior leadership and executives
Resolve complex problems or transactions, interpreting against policies, guidelines or processes
Maintain formal process documents and document processes and projects
Collaborate on larger initiatives and represent department interests
Coach and train junior PM levels on processes, performance targets and goals
May deliver customer service and training to internal customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 1 year of Project or Process Management Experience
At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience preferred
At least 2 years of experience in Process Management, Project Management or Risk Management preferred
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification preferred
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Quicksight or Tableau preferred
