About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop content for specific programs and stand-alone offerings that support the learning & performance needs of associates in Branch, Cafés, and Small Business Banking
- Support the needs analysis process by identifying the additional context that will help ensure successful transfer of skills to the job
- Recommend effective format/modalities that create an optimal learning experience while demonstrating an understanding of adult learning principles
- Work directly with SMEs to design and develop engaging learning materials and performance support tools based on industry design standards for a given modality
- Demonstrate an aptitude for, knowledge of, and agility with new learning technologies
- Partner with project team members to enable clarity of goal; conduct on-going reviews to ensure outcome is on track to meet client needs
- Collaborate with other Instructional Designers and Learning Consultants on the team to support the ADDIE process, as appropriate
- Take personal responsibility for tasks and follow-through to completion with a high degree of independence while collaborating with the broader team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of experience designing curriculum or programs using a blended learning design and modern learning theories and models
- At least 2 years of experience designing and developing a variety of learning solutions for digital, virtual and classroom settings
- At least one year of experience with Google Suite
- 2+ years of experience with Articulate 360 (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience working with an agile team of designers and developers (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in training design, development and delivery (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience leveraging design thinking and human centered design methodologies to solve problems (preferred)
