About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Cultivate positive relationships with our dealerships.
Optimize communication skills by creating strategic deals and goals with dealerships over the phone.
Review the structure in underwriting for COAF.
Guide the deals in house for funding.
Analyze territory production goals.
Partner successfully with peers and teammates to efficiently achieve operational alignment and mutual objectives.
Schedule Expectations: Available ~3 Saturdays a month as needed to cover dealer inquiries and escalations with Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off.
In office 5 days a week for the first 90 day training period.
Potential to work up to 2 Sundays a month with Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services or at least 1 year of Business to Business Sales experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Preferred).
2+ years experience in Auto Finance (Preferred).
2+ years experience in Customer Relations (Preferred).
5+ years experience in Customer Service (Preferred).
