Key responsibilities & impact

Drive large-scale, complex projects by gathering and synthesizing requirements, and tracking commitments through to delivery
Design, develop, and manage project documentation, adjusting plans in a dynamic environment to meet changing requirements
Leverage problem solving and influencing skills to drive stakeholders with differing points of view toward a common goal, establishing program consensus and delivering on intent
Put organizational structure in place to manage work in a complex environment, providing strategic direction to stakeholders
Navigate and speak comfortably within the data ecosystem, partner cross-functionally and bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy
Identify, monitor, and mitigate program delivery risks, ensuring robust documentation is in place and establishing clear paths for the direct escalation of risks when necessary
Establish and facilitate clear, standardized communication channels across technical, product, and enterprise stakeholders
Build relationships and collaborate across a broad set of stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 5 years of Project Management or Program Management experience
At least 3 years of experience leading projects across cross-functional teams
Masters Degree or MBA (preferred)
7+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience (preferred)
2+ years of experience working within data ecosystems or model development environments (preferred)
2+ years of experience driving large-scale tech transformation or data standardization initiatives (preferred)
PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
