About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the Strategic Intent and Change Management function for the Enterprise Payments Program Management Office
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to develop and track against strategic prioritization and planning frameworks
- Oversee the change management process to ensure operational readiness and to mitigate risk impacts
- Execute planning and prioritization processes for key leaders and stakeholders
- Lead a high performing team of project and process managers
- Drive the execution of resource capacity planning exercises in collaboration with business partners
- Manage large scale change management processes
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Manage a large group of stakeholders
- Track organizational priorities against KPIs/OKRs
- Drive complex planning strategies while providing strategic direction
- Own reporting and escalations structure
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 3 Years of project management, product management or program management experience
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience
- At least 3 years managing stakeholders across business functions
- At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Bachelors Degree or Military Experience (preferred)
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- At least 5 years in people leadership experience (preferred)
- At least 8 years of project or program management experience (preferred)
- At least 3 years of banking payments experience (preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal and external stakeholders (preferred)
- At least 2 years of product or tech experience (preferred)
