Key responsibilities & impact

Be a leader on the Card Tech+ finance team by driving forward the team’s agenda
Support the growth and development of the associates on the team
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide regular updates on strategic initiatives
Communicate analytic insights through clear, high impact presentations
Ownership of budget and forecast accuracy for areas of responsibility
Leverage sound business judgment to evaluate analytical results and formulate recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other quantitative discipline, or military experience
At least 7 years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, Strategy Consulting, or a combination
At least 4 years’ experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
At least 3 years of people management experience
