About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and support key operational processes
  • Partner closely with the CoS team and key partner teams (ESM, Finance, Recruiting, HR, etc.)
  • Develop mechanisms that drive continuous improvement efforts and efficiencies
  • Manage Non-Associate Labor (NAL) management: budget verification, obtain approvals, update Beeline
  • Manage the Cyber Team Inventory Registry (TIR) application data for completeness and accuracy
  • Manage incremental funding request process: collect justification, obtain approvals, communicate with relevant stakeholders
  • Be a force-multiplier driving the effectiveness of the Chief of Staff team
  • Deliver ad hoc reporting, data and event requests to support the needs of the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in Process or Risk Management
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or client consulting
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Product or Technology teams
  • At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in G Suite
