About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • drive the execution and tactical delivery of our Financial Services/Auto Sales learning strategy
  • creating, designing, and facilitating a high-impact learning ecosystem that elevates performance for more than 700 sales professionals
  • design and produce foundational instructional materials from scratch, tailored specifically for Outside Sales and Inside Sales
  • synthesize complex, multi-step, or technical processes into bite-sized micro-learning modules
  • integrate AI-powered productivity and content generation tools into daily workflow to accelerate asset creation
  • deliver confident and highly engaging facilitation in live virtual and in-person environments
  • build structured curriculum rooted in instructional design models and adult learning principles
  • develop continuous learning paths to drive continuous improvement in sales teams
  • manage and deploy learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience designing and producing instructional materials from scratch
  • At least 2 years of experience facilitating training in virtual and in-person environments
  • At least 1 year of experience utilizing and integrating Artificial Intelligence applications throughout the learning design, development, and delivery process
  • Preferred: 1+ year of experience utilizing the Google Suite of business applications
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience in instructional design and delivery
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience working within, training, or supporting a sales organization
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience with auto sales or financial services
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience managing content within a Learning Management System (LMS) or creating interactive learning modules using Articulate Rise or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Preferred: 2+ years of demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into instructional design workflows and into learning experiences
