About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

drive the execution and tactical delivery of our Financial Services/Auto Sales learning strategy
creating, designing, and facilitating a high-impact learning ecosystem that elevates performance for more than 700 sales professionals
design and produce foundational instructional materials from scratch, tailored specifically for Outside Sales and Inside Sales
synthesize complex, multi-step, or technical processes into bite-sized micro-learning modules
integrate AI-powered productivity and content generation tools into daily workflow to accelerate asset creation
deliver confident and highly engaging facilitation in live virtual and in-person environments
build structured curriculum rooted in instructional design models and adult learning principles
develop continuous learning paths to drive continuous improvement in sales teams
manage and deploy learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years of experience designing and producing instructional materials from scratch
At least 2 years of experience facilitating training in virtual and in-person environments
At least 1 year of experience utilizing and integrating Artificial Intelligence applications throughout the learning design, development, and delivery process
Preferred: 1+ year of experience utilizing the Google Suite of business applications
Preferred: 5+ years of experience in instructional design and delivery
Preferred: 2+ years of experience working within, training, or supporting a sales organization
Preferred: 1+ years of experience with auto sales or financial services
Preferred: 2+ years of experience managing content within a Learning Management System (LMS) or creating interactive learning modules using Articulate Rise or Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred: 2+ years of demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into instructional design workflows and into learning experiences
