About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Builds and maintains strong relationships with Business Bankers and Virtual Business Bankers in their assigned markets
- Schedules and/or attends calls on both Prospects and Existing Customers to generate new Treasury Management and deposit business
- Achieve or exceed specific production goals
- Manages and successfully closes new business with referrals from Bankers
- Proposes appropriate financial services through a consultative sales approach
- Proactively identifies deepening opportunities with Existing Customers
- Prepares and completes sales presentations, including any negotiated pricing
- Sets expectations with customers about the onboarding experience, including any requirements and testing
- Prepares and executes implementation documentation to establish new services
- Coordinates with Onboarding Team for a smooth enrollment process and manages issues if they arise
- Performs timely follow-up concerning newly implemented treasury management services to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborates with Treasury Management Client Services team for exceptional service
- Assists Business Bankers with understanding treasury management product risk and implementing Capital One Bank's policies
- Maintains and updates the bank's SRM system regarding sales calls, pipelines, and closed sales to generate monthly activity reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of Treasury Management Sales experience
- At least 2 years of Banking experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience (preferred)
- 5+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience (preferred)
