About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead your team in overseeing and elevating the end-to-end candidate lifecycle through the recruiting and selection process
  • Provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams
  • Participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience
  • Command a dual-scope leadership function: leading a high-performing team of senior recruiters and the sourcing function for Director-level and above (Director+) tech talent
  • Leverage advanced reporting mechanisms, market intelligence, and predictive data to optimize delivery, operationalize strategy, and secure tech talent required to fuel growth
  • Align talent acquisition initiatives directly with business-critical objectives
  • Establish rigorous execution frameworks
  • Design, implement, and leverage advanced reporting mechanisms and talent analytics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting OR a combination of the three
  • At least 4 years of experience in Client Management
  • At least 2 years of people management experience
  • Master’s Degree or MBA (preferred)
  • Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification (preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in HR strategy or Talent Acquisition or a combination (preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in Client Management (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in People Management (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience with data analytics and reporting tools (i.e. excel, Tableau) (preferred)
  • 3+ years experience in strategic development (preferred)
