About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead your team in overseeing and elevating the end-to-end candidate lifecycle through the recruiting and selection process
- Provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams
- Participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience
- Command a dual-scope leadership function: leading a high-performing team of senior recruiters and the sourcing function for Director-level and above (Director+) tech talent
- Leverage advanced reporting mechanisms, market intelligence, and predictive data to optimize delivery, operationalize strategy, and secure tech talent required to fuel growth
- Align talent acquisition initiatives directly with business-critical objectives
- Establish rigorous execution frameworks
- Design, implement, and leverage advanced reporting mechanisms and talent analytics
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting OR a combination of the three
- At least 4 years of experience in Client Management
- At least 2 years of people management experience
- Master’s Degree or MBA (preferred)
- Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in HR strategy or Talent Acquisition or a combination (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in Client Management (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in People Management (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience with data analytics and reporting tools (i.e. excel, Tableau) (preferred)
- 3+ years experience in strategic development (preferred)
