Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor assigned accounts for out of balances and research to resolve outstanding disputes
Partner with cross-functional teams to support disputes resolution and reconciliation
Adhere to departmental procedures and internal controls to ensure strict adherence to governance models
Champion process improvements that reduce manual work and reduce complexity
Resolve complex problems, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes
Work closely with colleagues that key disputes
Coach and train junior levels on processes and performance targets

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite
At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience (Preferred)
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification (Preferred)
