About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead key initiatives managed within the Compliance Fair and Responsible Banking (FRB) team
Enhance existing governance and oversight of the Compliance Management Program (CMP)
Collaborate with our stakeholder community to enhance governance practices
Leverage data and analytics to inform outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives
Anticipate, identify, and escalate problems early with proposed mitigations
Provide strategic program leadership in a complex regulated environment
Design, develop, and manage risk management-focused project plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 8 years of experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or audit
At least 5 years of process, project, or program management experience
At least 4 years of people management experience
Master’s Degree or Juris Doctor preferred
Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP) preferred
7+ years of experience in financial services preferred
Experience designing and implementing compliance management programs preferred
Expertise in consumer protection laws (e.g., FCRA, SCRA) preferred.
