About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery framework for network releases to ensure mandates are well-managed and partners are supported
  • Collaborate with documentation teams and client account managers to ensure the timely distribution of network release requirements and technical specifications to network participants
  • Provide guidance to relationship managers and implementation managers for their deep-dive sessions with issuers, acquirers, and processors regarding mandated and optional release components
  • Partner with Product, Tech, and Test organizations to ensure network infrastructure and testing environments are ready for client setup and certification efforts
  • Support relationship managers and implementation managers in tracking issuer readiness and mitigating adoption risks during implementation
  • Liaise with relationship managers and implementation managers to provide post-production monitoring and ensure stable transaction processing for clients following a release
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for network releases within the Operations organization, managing information flow between internal product teams and client account managers
  • Work closely with internal tech and product partners to plan and monitor milestones critical to ensuring successful execution
  • Navigate internal network product and engineering organizations to advocate for partner needs and resolve technical release issues
  • Provide transparency and reporting to network leadership on the status of release adoption and overall network health
  • Identify systemic trends in release failures or processing errors and partner with internal teams to improve network specifications
  • Support client account managers by providing technical and operational expertise to strengthen relationships with major issuers, acquirers, and processors
  • Travel as required to gain a deep understanding of core operational processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 5 years of experience in Process, Project and Relationship management
  • At least 2 years of experience in People Management
  • At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite products
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications, Computer Science or Information Systems (preferred)
  • Lean certification or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
  • 7+ years of combined in Process, Project or Relationship management (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in People management (preferred)
