About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the end-to-end delivery framework for network releases to ensure mandates are well-managed and partners are supported
Collaborate with documentation teams and client account managers to ensure the timely distribution of network release requirements and technical specifications to network participants
Provide guidance to relationship managers and implementation managers for their deep-dive sessions with issuers, acquirers, and processors regarding mandated and optional release components
Partner with Product, Tech, and Test organizations to ensure network infrastructure and testing environments are ready for client setup and certification efforts
Support relationship managers and implementation managers in tracking issuer readiness and mitigating adoption risks during implementation
Liaise with relationship managers and implementation managers to provide post-production monitoring and ensure stable transaction processing for clients following a release
Serve as the primary subject matter expert for network releases within the Operations organization, managing information flow between internal product teams and client account managers
Work closely with internal tech and product partners to plan and monitor milestones critical to ensuring successful execution
Navigate internal network product and engineering organizations to advocate for partner needs and resolve technical release issues
Provide transparency and reporting to network leadership on the status of release adoption and overall network health
Identify systemic trends in release failures or processing errors and partner with internal teams to improve network specifications
Support client account managers by providing technical and operational expertise to strengthen relationships with major issuers, acquirers, and processors
Travel as required to gain a deep understanding of core operational processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 5 years of experience in Process, Project and Relationship management
At least 2 years of experience in People Management
At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite products
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications, Computer Science or Information Systems (preferred)
Lean certification or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
7+ years of combined in Process, Project or Relationship management (preferred)
5+ years of experience in People management (preferred)
