About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development, testing, and oversight of the control environment for Customer, Multilingual, and Digital Accessibility program areas
Manage projects to identify, document, and implement tested controls in the Control Management System
Handle control management support during risk and control assessments and ensure timely execution of remediation activities
Design, implement, and refine metrics to measure process efficiency and effectiveness
Execute control execution testing on a regular cadence to ensure end-to-end process performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of control testing or quality assurance experience
At least 3 years of experience in Process management or Project management
Business Process Management (BPM) experience
Jira and Workboard Experience
Control Management System or GRC platform experience for control documentation and testing
Proficient knowledge of G Suites including Google Slides and Google Sheets
