You will orchestrate the team's strategy, transforming raw developer infrastructure telemetry into actionable intelligence.
Deliverables include business cases for new tools, monitoring emerging patterns, senior executive insights, and strategic reporting.
General responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor to Card Tech leaders, owning the governance, production, and synthesis of executive data insights, and overseeing the evaluation of delivery health indicators.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
At least 4 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
At least 2 years of experience performing people management
At least 2 years of experience performing project management
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree, 4+ years of experience leading technology performance analytics, specifically managing infrastructure data teams, 2+ years of Developer Operations or Business Operations in a technical environment, 2+ years managing an enterprise tool, process, or program
