Key responsibilities & impact

Drive Navigation Strategy & Agenda: Create the EASE Navigation analytics agenda.
Develop the Destination Vision: Co-develop the destination vision for EASE Navigability with product partners.
Lead Product Experimentation: Ideate, design, and implement A/B experimentation to test feature effectiveness.
Own Digital Customer Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and develop insights on key customer navigation metrics.
Advocate for the Customer: Act as a critical thought partner to champion intuitive user experiences.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a quantitative field including Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field
5+ years of experience in analysis (preferred)
2+ years of experience in financial services (preferred)
1+ year of experience in consulting (preferred)
2+ years of experience in people management (preferred)
