Key responsibilities & impact

Apply your leadership and analytical skills to highest profile Risk Management projects
Lead teams of Risk Advisors and act as a thought leader
Partner with Executives and lines of business to drive organizational change
Provide guidance and advice to business partners on implementing HR risk policies and programs across HR
Perform critical assessments on risk categories to mitigate risk to the company
Provide support to the HR Risk Office VP, Risk Management and related business partners on key risk activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree or military experience
At least 8 years of experience in Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance
At least 4 years of experience managing and leading teams including both direct & indirect reports
At least 5 years of experience in Project or Process Management
Masters Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or Project Management (preferred)
10+ years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Project and/or Process Management (preferred)
6+ years of people management experience including both direct & indirect reports (preferred)
Business Process Management certification (preferred)
Six Sigma Lean, Green Belt or Black Belt certification, Agile Coach certification, Certification in Risk Management (e.g., CRISC, PRMIA, FRM) or Audit (e.g., CIA, CISA), or Compliance Certification (CRCM) (preferred)
