About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise and consult with risk and business teams to help develop well-designed products, processes, and supporting technologies
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with product owners, process managers, compliance advisors, legal counsel, auditors, and other risk associates
Manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines, independently and with team collaboration
Oversee risk event remediation impacting customers stemming from process breakdowns or other problems, helping develop permanent corrective actions
Work across the division to execute the first line risk assessments, and assist with establishing risk mitigation plans
Deliver on our well-managed agenda by facilitating various risk assessments, and consulting on effective challenge
Review, analyze, assess risk, document effective controls to cover gaps enhancing the control suite effectiveness (CSE)

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 1 year of experience in retail or direct banking process management, risk management, product management, or operations
3+ years of experience in risk management, financial services, technology, or product management (preferred)
Professional certifications (i.e., Business Process Management certification, Lean or Green Belt Certification CFE, CRM, CIA, etc.) (preferred)
