About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Be a member of the Partnership Fraud Strategy team
  • Set and own a roadmap to improve Partnership fraud mitigation
  • Work cross functionally with Data Science, Product, Investigators, and Program teams
  • Implement fraud rule & strategy changes
  • Drive key Discover Integration work for fraud
  • Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One
  • Have an ownership mindset, and potentially P&L accountability for a business segment
  • Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products
  • Lead direct to consumer marketing efforts for select products
  • Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences
  • Drive improvements in quality, volume, service, and profitability
  • Coordinate across the line of business to manage and sequence delivery of business intent
  • Conduct rigorous monitoring and analysis to create risk models and test hypotheses

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
  • At least 3 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
  • At least 1 year of experience performing people management
  • At least 1 year of experience performing project management
  • Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in qualitative analysis preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in people management preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in product development preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in financial modeling preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in economic forecasting preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in project management preferred
