About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be a member of the Partnership Fraud Strategy team
Set and own a roadmap to improve Partnership fraud mitigation
Work cross functionally with Data Science, Product, Investigators, and Program teams
Implement fraud rule & strategy changes
Drive key Discover Integration work for fraud
Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One
Have an ownership mindset, and potentially P&L accountability for a business segment
Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products
Lead direct to consumer marketing efforts for select products
Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences
Drive improvements in quality, volume, service, and profitability
Coordinate across the line of business to manage and sequence delivery of business intent
Conduct rigorous monitoring and analysis to create risk models and test hypotheses

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
At least 3 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
At least 1 year of experience performing people management
At least 1 year of experience performing project management
Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field preferred
5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis preferred
5+ years of experience in qualitative analysis preferred
2+ years of experience in people management preferred
2+ years of experience in product development preferred
2+ years of experience in financial modeling preferred
2+ years of experience in economic forecasting preferred
2+ years of experience in project management preferred
