About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our API lifecycle.
Engineer robust Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions and automated CI/CD pipelines.
Drive system reliability by leading incident management.
Shape the long-term technical infrastructure roadmap.
Provide dedicated support for our mission-critical API services.
Oversee scalable cloud-native deployments on AWS and GCP.
Utilize expertise in Java, Python, Kubernetes, and observability tools to build, secure, and optimize our foundational API infrastructure.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3+ years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not apply)
5+ years of experience in JavaScript, Java, SQL, Python
3+ years of experience in API Gateway technologies, security and routing configurations
2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service
2+ years of experience in Agile practices
Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity, utilizing capabilities beyond basic code completion.
