About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead all aspects of the tech executive search lifecycle (VP through EVP), from initial strategy kickoff through sourcing strategy, candidate cultivation, client management, complex offer negotiations, and onboarding
Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders
Partner closely with Executive Research & Market Intelligence team
Use data and insights to build compelling narratives
Build tight partnerships with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Compensation teams, Chiefs of Staff (CoS), Legal, and Risk

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
At least 5 years of recruiting or research experience at a global in-house recruiting team, executive search firm, or a multinational organization
5+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership
2+ years of experience recruiting Tech OR Product executive recruiting
