Key responsibilities & impact

Provide marketing advice and counsel to the Card Partnerships business
Review customer-facing marketing and servicing collateral
Identify and assess legal risks associated with marketing campaigns
Partner with various teams to address risks and develop solutions
Maintain strategic interactions with senior business partners and other stakeholders
Engage actively as a legal support pillar within a collaborative team environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing of at least one state bar
At least 3 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm, in-house legal department, or government agency
4+ years of experience as an attorney in a law firm, in-house legal department, or government agency involving consumer regulatory experience, credit card programs or financial services (preferred)
4+ years of legal counsel or compliance experience with consumer finance laws, regulations and disclosures (preferred)
Direct experience reviewing marketing and advertising materials (preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Regulation Z, UDAAP, FCRA, and other consumer financial laws and privacy laws (preferred)
