Key responsibilities & impact

Co-lead and execute key activities and processes that support our team and associates such as recognition and associate engagement programs
Help drive communications strategy; coordinate with Corporate Communications to oversee the communications calendar; maintain a critical eye to timing, overlap, appropriateness, and coordination
Co-lead our internal engagement team to develop content and activities that support our associate engagement strategy, such as pop-up events, and celebrating associate moments that matter
Draft decks, communications, newsletters, and other campaign-related messaging, often partnering closely with Corporate Communications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in Project Management
At least 2 years of experience supporting executive leaders
At least 2 years of experience in a chief of staff role
At least 2 years of change management experience
Project Management Professional certification (preferred)
5+ years of experience in Project Management (preferred)
5+ years of experience supporting executive leaders (preferred)
5+ years of experience in a chief of staff role (preferred)
5+ years of change management experience (preferred)
