Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the end-to-end implementation process for Treasury Management accounts
Provide product implementation support and training to clients
Develop a customized plan for each client and direct junior resources and required internal partners
Act as a central point of contact for the client throughout the implementation process
Facilitate pre-implementation kickoff & post sale call with the client
Conduct new client training
Maintain a current portfolio of client implementations

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of Treasury Management Operations experience
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
2+ years of Treasury Management Operations experience (Preferred)
3+ years of client service experience (Preferred)
