About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide end-to-end logistical support for Leadership and Competency learning portfolios
- Ensure seamless execution of both virtual and in-person learning events
- Lead the technical execution of virtual sessions, manage Zoom/Teams recordings, coordinate room reservations and setups
- Support signature events such as in-person sessions, alumni events, and graduations
- Maintain program calendars and mailboxes, assist with vendor management including Purchase Orders and contract coordination
- Maintain internal resources and assist in learning session build within the LMS
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or operations-focused role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent military experience (preferred)
- Experience working within a Learning and Development or Human Resources environment (preferred)
- Experience coordinating corporate events or corporate training programs (preferred)
- Experience with budget tracking or financial data entry (preferred)
- Experience managing multiple project timelines simultaneously (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) (preferred)
