Key responsibilities & impact

Own the strategic governance, execution, and final validation of end-to-end billing for the Discover Debit network.
Collect, analyze and measure process data for reporting to senior leadership and executives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience (Preferred)
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification (Preferred)
