About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Grant Operations team within CI&I’s Community Portfolio Management Office (CPMO)
Oversee the delivery of 1000+ philanthropic grants annually to community partners
Drive strategic creation and delivery of reporting products
Partner with internal teams to automate grantmaking processes and enhance controls
Recruit, mentor and invest in grant operations associates
Act as primary point of contact for grantees and ensure compliance with guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience in process management or project management, or a combination
At least 1 year of experience in volunteerism, talent engagement, or associate experience
At least 1 year of experience in people leadership
Experience in back office operations (e.g., transaction processing)
Experience with stakeholder management
Experience administrating a 3rd Party or vendor-managed system
Lite product management experience and/or customer experience/success management
Grant management experience
