Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the primary technical interface to lead consultation and support on complex integrations leveraging Capital One APIs, File Transfers, Gateways, and integration services
Actively support the full integration lifecycle to improve the partner experience based on user feedback
Reduce integration friction and cycle times while safeguarding high-risk data flows in production environments
Lead strategic projects advancing strategic mandates to expand services internationally and to new assets
Evolve and enhance our team operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or military experience
At least 4 years of work experience in client-facing professional services
At least 4 years of experience in system integration technologies, standards & tools (e.g., RESTful APIs, Authentication methods, JSON, Postman, File Transfer protocols and Filezilla)
