About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create a strategy for how to use metrics to drive change
Help update the suite of metrics for cybersecurity, technology risk, and developer quality
Drive the implementation of those metrics to effect systemic change
Oversee the coordination and drafting of quarterly memo to the Risk Committee of the Board of Directors
Partner closely with peers in the second line and counterparts in the first line
Support development of technology, cyber, and data risk content for executive audiences
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and leaders across multiple organizations to get consensus, socialize strategy, and achieve objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity or technology risk
At least 5 years of experience with cybersecurity or technology risk metrics
At least 5 years of experience with governance fora
At least 3 years of experience leading people
Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering (preferred)
At least 12 years of experience in cybersecurity or technology risks related to resilience, reliability, or code quality (preferred)
At least 3 years of experience in cloud computing (preferred)
Understanding of more than one of the following domains: cybersecurity, site reliability engineering, dev/ops, and developer excellence (preferred)
Experience revamping an organizational metrics program (preferred)
Experience with governance fora in which senior leaders use metrics to manage their organizations (preferred)
