About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Focus on a range of non-destination servicing processes primarily within the Specialty Operations umbrella
- Set the course for modernizing and automating these processes
- Migrate them to destination platforms and redesign them around automation capabilities to reduce manual work and operational risk
- Explore and apply AI tools to achieve these goals
- Work with partners to align on and make bold visions a reality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- Currently not sponsoring a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
