Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee PULSE's product lifecycle, enterprise portfolio governance, and portfolio risk across complex business and technology programs
Ensure portfolio strategies align with business goals, operational capabilities, financial targets, and defined risk tolerance frameworks
Partner closely with PULSE leadership, product, technology, operations, compliance, legal, and risk stakeholders
Provide leadership and direction to a team of portfolio managers
Lead product governance by establishing and maintaining governance frameworks and standard processes
Facilitate governance forums, portfolio reviews, and executive-level reporting
Provide strategic oversight of PULSE portfolio risk management
Establish standards, procedures, documentation, playbooks, and controls
Drive portfolio insights through metric transparency and governance controls
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 5 Years of Project Management experience
At least 3 Years of People Management experience
Masters / MBA degree (preferred)
At least 6 years of Project Management experience (preferred)
At least 4 years of People Management experience (preferred)
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
