About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technical, backend-heavy product work to manage deep-tier API integrations and data mapping between Capital One and Brex.
Own the end-to-end process of flowing complex booking data from Capital One systems into the Brex expense management tool.
Systematically bridge the gap to match competitor features, focusing on payment reconciliation and multi-modal bookings like trains.
Build and refine the backend logic for enforcing corporate travel policies during the booking process.
Act as the primary liaison between business strategy and engineering teams to translate complex data requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record in Data Product or Platform PM roles.
Comfortable navigating complex data requirements, system architectures, and backend-heavy technical work.
Prior experience in payments, expense management, or fintech is a significant advantage.
Ability to manage and prioritize large-scale requirements based on technical feasibility and long-term business impact.
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration is required.
