About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead business development across incremental and existing hotel chains
- Identify key trends and partnership opportunities in the hospitality industry
- Support industry relations and agent engagement
- Collaborate on key growth opportunities to drive benefit usage and growth
- Work closely with Product, Strategy, and Well-managed functions to deliver benefit programs
- Ability to travel for business development meetings, including representation of the company at tradeshows and conferences as necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 10 years of experience within partner management, account development, or business development with a focus on building and managing partnerships
- At least 5 years of experience in a business development position working with a portfolio of global chains
