About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Business Director, you will apply strategic and analytical skills to major challenges
Manage and develop a team of analysts, coaching and mentoring them
Manage timely delivery and flawless execution of quarterly economic forecasts
Develop and implement economic data product
Work closely with colleagues across Capital One including Tech, Data Analysts, Project Managers, and others
Produce quarterly economic forecasts used for business planning, loss forecasting and credit allowance.
Share quarterly economic forecasts with senior management and design economic scenarios for stress testing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
At least 4 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
At least 2 years of experience performing people management
At least 2 years of experience performing project management
Previous consulting experience is a plus.
