Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years of experience working in the learning & development industry
At least 3 years of experience in learning consultation
At least 3 years of experience in learning curriculum design and development
At least 3 years of experience managing the execution of training programs
Bachelor's Degree in Adult Education or Human Resources (Preferred)
5 years of experience in training needs assessment and design (Preferred)
5 years of experience in client consulting / performance consulting (Preferred)
5 years of leading project teams (Preferred)
3 years of experience in Commercial Banking (Preferred)
