What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 6 years of Project Management experience OR 6 years or Program Management experience
At least 3 years of People Management experience
Master's or MBA degree (preferred)
7+ years of Project Management experience or Program Management experience (preferred)
2+ years of Product Management experience (preferred)
5+ years of People Management experience (preferred)
PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
Strong written and oral communication skills
