Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a large cross-functional team through the entire product lifecycle all the way from initial research to proposing solutions and shipping.
Work closely with a team of product managers while partnering with designers, engineers, data scientists, and business partners to leverage various AI capabilities to deliver customer-facing solutions.
Help to shape the product strategy and deliver innovative experiences that meet the unique needs of our customers as the ongoing AI revolution transforms our society and industry.
Apply product-centric thinking to identify and resolve complex problems, delivering intuitive solutions that improve both the associate and customer experience.
Educate and advocate for these next-generation solutions with senior leaders to drive organizational alignment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
At least 2 years of experience managing an AI solution in the market.
