About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the end-to-end execution and iteration of our flagship development programs
Ensure every cohort is better than the last by leveraging data and fostering deep partnerships
Support a continuous improvement loop by conducting comprehensive retros after each cohort
Analyze survey data to implement systemic improvements
Manage stakeholder and speaker relationships as the primary liaison for executive speakers
Maintain cross-functional synergy by partnering closely with HRBPs and Learning Consultants
Work with communications teams to ensure program narratives are cascaded effectively
Maintain budget and data integrity by collaborating with Operations team

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or Project Management
Experience navigating organizational networks to identify project stakeholders
Experience in change management
Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of leadership
Experience working independently to meet project deadlines
Experience executing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in data analysis, organizational design, or project management
Experience in problem solving and interpersonal communication
