About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Card Data leadership in controls oversight & innovation, script governance, and features governance
Facilitate the risk assessment process associated with new/changing intent for multiple Card business areas
Develop management reporting based on risk assessments
Coordinate various process interactions, including meeting logistics
Stay current on the changing regulatory environment and understand the impacts to businesses
Partner with data analysts to iterate on risk monitoring and reporting
Synthesize data and perform analysis to bring valuable insights
Assess controls and glean insights from issues across business areas
Design, implement, and/or influence internal governance processes
Partner with internal customers to provide strategic thought partnership

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of risk management and controls experience
At least 1 year of experience reporting and analyzing data
At least 1 year of experience developing presentations for senior stakeholders
At least 2 years of project or process management experience
At least 2 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal business clients
Bachelor's Degree or military experience preferred
1+ years of experience facilitating and conducting Risk Assessments preferred
3+ years of financial services or risk management experience preferred
4+ years of project or process management experience preferred
4+ years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal business clients preferred
Professional certifications within risk management or assurance (Certified Risk Management Professional, Certified Internal Auditor) preferred
