About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the product strategy for BC&P’s product swaps capability
Help design the E2E flow to provide customers with the product that is best for them
Use customer feedback and performance data to prioritize use cases
Maintain the backlog, submit new intake requests, review requirements, remove roadblocks, and escalate/resolve issues
Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria
Breakdown business epics into features and user stories
Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps
Conduct research and develop features using new technology
Build cutting edge solutions with designers, technologists, and data scientists
Articulate a succinct product roadmap

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred)
1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred)
1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences (preferred)
1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process (preferred)
